Monday 09.29
Attire: Cocktail — Rachel and Phil will be in fun suits. While cocktail, we would avoid short dresses for women in case of wind!

Welcome Cruise on the Seine | 5:30 – 8:30 PM
Meet at the dock by 5:30 PM. The boat will depart at 6:30 PM and return at 8:30 PM.Join us for welcome drinks and take in the beautiful views of Paris from the river. Light snacks and bites will be served—plan for a big lunch or dinner after the boat.

Tuesday 09.30
Attire: French Chic - polished and elegant. Rachel will be wearing a dress and heels, or a suit with flats. While Amy will be in a monochrome Audrey Hepburn-inspired outfit - and you can never go wrong with Audrey.
Location: Fontaine de Mars, a legendary, authentic Parisian bistro located just steps from the Eiffel Tower, tucked around a charming square with the fountain that gives it its name.
Time: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM

                      Bus to Abbaye & Check In
Wednesday 10.01
We are coordinating a bus from Paris to the Abbaye. Please fill out your name if plan to take the bus to the Abbaye.
Location: Pick-up point in Paris will be rue St Honoré in front of Palais Royal.

And not to worry - someone from our team will be there to coordinate with the driver/group.
Time: Please meet there by 2 PM—bus will depart by 2:30 PM.
Check in starts at 4 PM
**If you are arriving earlier than check-in, that is fine! There is so much space to work and enjoy the Abbaye.
**If you're coming from the airport to the Abbaye, both Ubers and Taxis are accessible. The Abbaye can also coordinate pick ups for you. Reach out to Phil and Rachel and they can help facilitate.

Food stations, served dishes, drinks, and toasts.Evening Hangs | 10:00 – 11:00 PM

Thursday 10.02
Attire: Black Tie (Required) — Tuxes & Floor-Length Gowns. See the attire page for more info.
Cocktail Pre-Wedding | 4:30 PM
Meet downstairs at the Abbaye by 4:30 PM. Cocktails will be served—time for photos, mixing, and mingling.Ceremony | 5:00 – 5:45 PM
We’ll say “I do” in the ruins. Based on the weather, you may want to bring a shawl or wrap.Cocktails | 5:45 – 7:30 PM
Taking place at La Chasse, right next to the ruins.Reception | 8 PM – 10 PM
We’ll be guided to the historic Refectory Hall for dinner. This will be a traditional dinner mixed with speeches and entertainment.After Party | 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM**
Downstairs lounge at the Abbaye — snacks, dancing, and surprises.

                      Farewell Brunch & Bus back to Paris
Friday 10.03
You can still partake in activities - spa, horseback riding etc until 12 PM.
Petit-Déjeuner d’Adieu | Farewell Breakfast 9 AM–12 PM
Coffee, croissants, crêpes, and goodbyes before departure.Check-Out | 11 AM
Rooms must be cleared by 11 AM, but guests are welcome to stay on the property for as long as they’d like.Bus Back to Paris | 11:30 AM & 12:45 PM
Two buses (50 seats each) will head back to Paris. If you need to return earlier, taxis can be arranged through the Abbaye, or Ubers on your own. Please fill out your name if plan to take the bus back to Paris.Please reach out and we are happy to help coordinate.
